By using Test Your Idea ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't use the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

What We Provide

Test Your Idea uses AI analysis services to analyze startup ideas and generate validation reports. The service includes:

• Basic Report (Free): Viability score, verdict, framework scores
• Founder Report ($49): Full analysis, competitor breakdown, risk assessment, AI roadmap, PDF export

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your idea
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• Not submit harmful, abusive, or spam content
• Protect your account credentials

Your Content

You retain ownership of ideas you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your idea through our AI systems to generate reports
• Store your ideas and reports in your account
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service

We will never share your specific ideas publicly or with third parties without your consent.

Payments and Refunds

• Pricing: Founder Report is $49 USD, one-time payment
• Processing: Payments handled by our payment processor
• Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee if you're unsatisfied with your report. Contact hello@testyouridea.app
• No recurring charges: We don't do subscriptions. You pay once per report.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify features or pricing with reasonable notice
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

Intellectual Property

• Your ideas: You own them
• Our reports: You can use them for personal and business purposes
• Our brand, code, and design: We own them. Don't copy or redistribute.

Limitations

No Warranties: The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of reports for any purpose.

Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

AI Disclosure

Reports are generated by AI analysis services. This means:

• Results may contain errors or outdated information
• AI analysis is based on patterns, not true understanding
• Market conditions change faster than AI training data
• Always validate AI insights with real-world research

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
• Remain inactive for extended periods

On termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be resolved in French courts.
